Abstract

This article describes and analyzes the factors that influence public perceptions of the Haji Pintar application in Bangkalan Regency. E-government-based services are expected to be able to provide easy, cheap, effective and efficient services to the community. But in reality, the Haji Pintar application still gets a lot of negative comments because it is considered not functioning as it should. This article is based on the results of research using an associative quantitative approach. The research location chosen is the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Bangkalan Regency. The population of this study were Bangkalan people who had used the Hajj Pintar application from April-June 2023, totaling 73 people, with a sample of 50 respondents selected using probability sampling technique, namely simple random sampling. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the factors that influence perceptions consisting of internal factors (X1), external factors (X2), and situational factors partially and simultaneously affect public perceptions (Y) regarding the Hajj Pintar application service in Bangkalan Regency.
