About the Journal
Lex Et Lustitia is a research journal in the field of legal science managed by the Faculty of Law and published by the University of Mochammad Sroedji Jember with EISSN: XXXX-XXXX, Lex Et Lustitia is published twice a year (June - December), Lex Et Lustitia invites researchers, academics, practitioners, stakeholders, to contribute their thoughts in responding to increasingly dynamic legal issues.
This journal publishes manuscripts of research results in Criminal Law, Civil Law, Constitutional Law, State Administrative Law, International Law, Civil Procedure Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Customary Law, Tax Law, State Financial Law, Environmental Law, Legal Politics and other sections related to contemporary issues in the field of legal science.
Please read and understand the author's guidelines for the preparation of the manuscript. Authors who submit manuscripts to the editor must comply with the author's guidelines and templates. If the submitted manuscript does not comply with the guidelines or uses a different format, it will be rejected by the editorial team before being reviewed.
